Niña Terol is a “communicator, connector, and changemaker” whose 18-year career has spanned the corporate, non-profit, creative enterprise, government, media, and academic sectors. She co-founded Kick Fire Kitchen, a team of Manila-based motivators and idea catalysts who are passionate about inspiring creativity, innovation, and purpose-driven professional growth, through design thinking and other creative methodologies. She also heads corporate affairs for the largest multinational marketing communications firm in the Philippines, and is a startup mentor with Founder Institute-Manila and Ideaspace Foundation. She is also a prolific author, public speaker, and educator, and is part of the global cohort of Chief Gratitude Officers, a program of OpenIDEO and the Greater Good Science Center of UC Berkeley that aims to embed gratitude in organizational culture.
