David Garcia

A geographer and urban planner, his focus is on making maps and
plans with cities and communities. Because of the disaster caused by Typhoon Haiyan, he did postdisaster planning and geospatial
analysis in a team of specialists under the United Nations in cities
such as Tacloban. He just returned from London, where he finished
his postgraduate study that was supported by the UK government
through the Chevening Scholarships program.
